The Bulletin script is now set to kill moot bulletins; i.e, you should no longer be greeted on March 24th, with an invite to a March 20th event, regardless of when you last visited the web site. It used to give you the bulletin simply based on whether or not you had received it.

This does mean, however, that if you don't visit often, you may not only miss out on, but won't even hear about, some serious scuba fun, so come back often!
